Q: How does this service benefit me?
A: 1. Our service will allow your family, friends and pets to enjoy a clean yard year around.
2. Your yard will look and be much healthier.
3. You will have more free time to do as you please.
4. Your dog(s) will be happier in a clean yard and with a friendly weekly visit from Dr. Poolittle.
5. You will never have to cleanup after your dog(s) again.
Q: What do you do with the dog waste?
A: For no additional charge we take the waste with us when we are done cleaning and dispose of it in the proper landfill.
Q: How do we pay for the service?
A: The most common option is to have the payment withdrawn automatically from your debit/credit card. Automatic withdrawals are processed on the 1st day of each month following the month of service provided. You can also make debit/credit card payments on our website at anytime. Check payment are also accepted. We can send a bill at the end of each month in which you can return a check for payment. Returns are not allowed on credit cards. If a refund is desired it will be issued as a check. Advanced payment is also accepted and Gift Certificates are available.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: There are no contracts to sign. You can begin and end service at anytime.
